In this week's episode, We will be joined by Amy Slater. Amy is a Practitioner of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute. Helping others find freedom through nutrition and movement is her passion. As with persons dedicated to a field of study, she is passionate about learning and furthering my education. During the past 16 years, she has worked as a personal trainer. Her mission is to help moms to be and moms live their best life by identifying root causes of dysfunction, establishing a proactive preventative lifestyle, and feeding themselves and their kids the best quality nutrients.

 

In this episode, we talked about how the body changes after pregnancy. The stages of motherhood. The struggles every mother keeps to themselves. How to change your mindset about stress? Can food drive your stress reaction? It takes time, consistency, and diligence to heal. How to educate your child on food nutrients? You cannot stop the stress reaction, you just gotta handle them.
