C-section moms DO NOT receive enough information at discharge on what we CAN do in the first 0-6 weeks postpartum or the many, many weeks after that. I have worked with hundreds of postpartum, c-section moms to help them get stronger after their c-sections and give them the roadmap to return to exercise.
The feeling of living in someone else's body is true for c-section moms. And it is common to feel this way. Through weekly gratitude and core exercises, I will teach you how to retrain your core and gain strength in your lower abdominals and pelvic floor after having a baby.
Unwanted pain with sex can be a buzz kill. It may leave you feeling guilty and ashamed, and you can improve this! By working on scar tissue and retraining the core like I teach in the C-section Recovery Program, the pain can decrease.

I was determined to make a program that could be done at HOME for postpartum, c-section moms.
The C-section Recovery Program is on Kajabi which makes it even better! Kajabi has an app you download and have the videos right on your phone. Even more convenient for us on-the-go busy moms.
It was designed to be used with minimal equipment: kettlebells (or diaper bags, carseats etc), dumbbells and resistance bands. Each workout will take between 15-30 minutes and you'll be on your way to a healthier, stronger core and body!
